What file format are your digital downloads? 

The digital downloads on our website are Zip files.

I'm not sure if I can open a Zip file on my computer.

We have several FREE digital downloads on our website that you can use to test on your computer.

How long do I have to download my file?

The download link will expire 1 year from the purchase date. We suggest downloading and saving your files within 30 days. 

How do I download my order?

 After checkout you will receive an email with a link on it to download your file or you can go to My Account and click view details next to your order then click on download link under item title and select save to save the file to your own computer. Please make sure you make a note of the folder that you are saving your download to. Allow the download to complete. Once the download has completed navigate to the folder that it was downloaded to and unzip the file.

What is a ZIP file? 

Zip files (.zip) are single files, sometimes called "archives", that contain one or more compressed files. Zip files make it easy to keep related files together and make downloading graphic files faster and more efficient. The Zip format is the most popular compression format used in the Windows environment, and WinZip is the most popular compression utility. Winzip also works with MAC computers.

  How do I open a ZIP file? 

First if you don't have an unzipping program on your computer you will need to get one. You can download a free trial at www.winzip.com . After you have installed WinZip, you can open a Zip file by double clicking it on your computer and choosing "Unzip or install from an existing Zip file" in the WinZip Wizard. (If the WinZip Wizard does not open by default when you start WinZip, just click the Wizard button in the toolbar). The WinZip Wizard will guide you through the process of unzipping your file.

I downloaded my order and don't know where it is on my computer? 

When you download files, Windows usually saves them in the Downloads folder which is located under your user name in the users folder on the drive where Windows is installed (for example C:users/your name/downloads). When you are saving the file, you can choose to save it to a different folder. If you're not sure where the file was saved, you can search for it from your Start menu.

Can I make changes to the files after I unzip them? 

These are secured files and changes can't be made.

Can I share the downloads I purchased with others?

No, The purchaser is granted permission to download and print this item for noncommercial individual or single classroom use only. This file and finished product is copyright protected and is not to be shared or resold.

Is your website secure?

I received a Gift Certificate from your store, how do I use it? 

To redeem your Gift Certificate, you will enter the code from your Gift Certificate in the coupon code field. This can be done in either the View Cart Page or during the checkout process. Creative Learning 4 Kidz will then place the Gift Certificate's amount towards your final purchase. If a balance is left over, your certificate will still be good until the remaining amount is used up on subsequent orders.

Shipping

Everything purchased on our website is digital and can be downloaded to your computer from your account after your payment has been made. We do not ship anything from this website, we sell digital products only.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital products, refunds will not be issued once an item is downloaded. In the event that you purchase duplicate products we will issue a store credit.

I purchased downloads on your old website and I don't see them now. 

Unfortunately, past purchases could not be transferred over to the new website from our old host ProStores. Please use the Contact Us form and provide us with the name used to make the purchase and time frame and we should be able to look up your invoice and email you with your past downloads.
