Making Good Choices Cards

This token system is simple.

Use the blank area for the child's name

Then punch the numbers when a Good Choice is made.

Once the card is filled the child can cash it in for a reward.

Print in color or b&w on thick card stock paper.

Cards are about 2 1/2 x 4
