This book was designed to help children with behavior issues understand the feeling of anger, and how they should and should not react to that feeling.

Examples: having to wait, being told no.
*Hurtful ways to deal with my anger (9 items).
Examples: screaming, hitting.
*Helpful ways to deal with my anger (9 items).
Examples: ask for help, take a deep breath.
Book is 8 1/2 x 11 with 5 pages.
I recommend you print this book on heavy card stock and use thick lamination, then bind the pages together with coil, comb binding, or rings. You could also slip the pages into sheet protectors and insert them into a notebook.
I have included a PDF and PowerPoint version along with a Microsoft Word document. Please make sure you have one of these programs if you want to edit the text.
