I recommend you print this book on heavy card stock and use thick lamination then bind the pages together with coil, comb binding, or rings. You could also slip the pages into sheet protectors and insert them into a notebook or use ring binders.
I have included a ZIP file with a PDF and PowerPoint version along with a Microsoft Word document. Please make sure you have one of these programs if you want to edit the text.
